Cardiff City have completed the signing of central defender Juan Cala on a free transfer.
The Spaniard terminated his contract with Sevilla earlier today, making himself a free agent and allowing the Welsh club to recruit him after the closure of the January transfer window.
Cala made 19 starts in all competitions for Sevilla this season, scoring once in the process, and is Cardiff manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's seventh signing since being appointed the Bluebirds boss.
Cardiff occupy 19th place in the Premier League after overcoming Norwich City 2-1 earlier today.
