The Scottish Football Association has issued Leigh Griffiths with an updated notice of complaint after the Celtic striker was filmed singing an offensive song about Hearts winger Rudi Skacel.
Video footage was leaked on the weekend showing the 23-year-old in a pub with Hibernian fans leading a chant that described Skacel, who is from the Czech Republic, as a "fucking refugee".
The incident is understood to have happened before the recent Edinburgh derby.
Griffiths, who has already been fined by Celtic and faces SFA disciplinary charges after being filmed singing about Hearts' financial problems, has now been accused of "bringing the game into disrepute by singing in public a song of an offensive, racist and/or discriminatory nature".
The January signing from Wolverhampton Wanderers will face a principal hearing on April 24.
