Charlton Athletic boss Guy Luzon: "We need to show our character"

Charlton Athletic boss Guy Luzon believes that his side need to find their character to get back to form following their 3-0 defeat to Blackburn Rovers.

Charlton Athletic boss Guy Luzon has called on his side to show "character" to get back to form following their 3-0 defeat to Blackburn Rovers.

The Addicks went down to a brace from Jordan Rhodes and a Tom Lawrence strike at Ewood Park to fall to their second loss of the week following their defeat at the hands of Huddersfield Town.

Luzon's men have taken just one point from their last four matches, and the 40-year-old has insisted that his side need to battle to regain their form.

He told the club's official website: "It is a very difficult time for us. We gave everything today so to come home with a 3-0 defeat is difficult.

"Football is a game for character and now we need to show our character."

Charlton are 15th in the Championship following their defeat.
