Nemanja Matic "not scared" about facing Tottenham Hotspur without Diego Costa

Chelsea's Nemanja Matic says that he is "not scared" about facing Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday without the suspended Diego Costa.

Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic has insisted that he and his teammates are "not scared" about playing against Tottenham Hotspur without the suspended Diego Costa.

The prolific frontman will play no part in Wednesday's clash at Stamford Bridge after picking up his fifth booking of the Premier League season during the Blues' goalless draw with Sunderland at the weekend.

"I'm not scared," Matic told reporters. "Of course we need to have everybody available but in Didier Drogba and Loic Remy, we have good strikers."

Chelsea currently have a six-point lead at the top of the league table.
