Chelsea stars appear in new anti-racism video after Paris train controversy

Chelsea release a new anti-racism video, at the end of a week in which their fans were involved in racism controversy on the Paris Metro.

Chelsea have released a new anti-racism video, at the end of a week in which their fans were involved in racism controversy on the Paris Metro.

To commemorate their 'Game for Equality' against Burnley, the club's official account tweeted the video shortly before kickoff.

It comes after last Tuesday's racism storm involving Chelsea supporters on a train in Paris prior to their Champions League game with Paris Saint-Germain. A mobile phone video showed a number of fans pushing a black man repeatedly out a metro carriage, while chanting that they were proud to be racist.

The video features a number of Blues players, including John Terry, Cesc Fabregas, Petr Cech and Didier Drogba, reading out messages.

Terry appears on screen saying: "Sport can create hope, where once there was only despair."

Manager Jose Mourinho said prior to the game against Burnley that the club's players would not be affected by the incident.
