Chelsea are ready to battle a number of clubs for the signature of Palmeiras midfielder Gabriel Menino, according to a report.

Chelsea are reportedly ready to battle a number of clubs for the signature of Palmeiras midfielder Gabriel Menino during this summer's transfer window.

The 20-year-old has scored four times and contributed seven assists in 62 appearances for his Brazilian club since making his debut in January 2020.

Chelsea were first linked with the Brazilian earlier this year, and according to Calciomercato, the Blues are keen to bring him to Stamford Bridge in the near future.

The report claims that Atletico Madrid, Juventus and Tottenham Hotspur are also interested, suggesting that Thomas Tuchel's side face a battle to secure his signature.

Menino has a contract with Palmeiras until December 2024, placing his club in a strong position when it comes to any potential negotiations with interested parties.

The youngster has scored once in seven outings for Brazil Under-20s.
