Stoke City boss Mark Hughes has admitted that he does not expect to sign Victor Moses this summer.
The winger spent last season on loan at the club from Chelsea, scoring four goals in 23 appearances for the Potters.
Hughes is keen to bring the 24-year-old back to the Britannia Stadium, but the Welshman concedes that a move is unlikely.
"I think Chelsea have taken a view that they would like to keep him," he told Sky Sports News. "Of course, they may go into the market again and that might change that idea that they have. He did really well for us last year despite some injuries but it looks like Victor could play a part for Chelsea this year."
Stoke start their new Premier League campaign at home to Liverpool on August 9.
