Kepa Arrizabalaga willing to take pay cut to seal Chelsea exit?

Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga will reportedly accept a drop in wages as he seeks a move away from Stamford Bridge.

Kepa Arrizabalaga is willing to accept a pay cut if it helps to seal a move away from Chelsea this summer, according to a report.

Chelsea have been tipped to bring in a new first-choice goalkeeper ahead of next season due to concerns over the Spaniard, who cost the club a record £71.6m to sign two years ago.

Kepa conceded five more goals in the 5-3 loss to Liverpool in midweek and has supposedly now accepted that his future lies away from Stamford Bridge.

The Sun claims that the 25-year-old is even prepared to accept a drop in wages on his current £150,000-a-week deal, which still has four years left to run.

Valencia are said to be one of a handful of teams keeping tabs on Kepa's situation, while fellow La Liga club Sevilla may also be interested.

Barcelona's Marc Andre-ter Stegen and Atletico Madrid stopper Jan Oblak have been touted as possible replacements for Kepa.
