Manchester City reportedly hold talks with Eden Hazard's representatives regarding a possible summer move from Chelsea.

Manchester City have reportedly taken steps in an attempt to sign Chelsea star Eden Hazard.

The Belgian playmaker has regularly been linked with Spanish giants Real Madrid, while Paris Saint-Germain have also been touted as potential suitors before.

According to Don Balon, City boss Pep Guardiola is also interested in recruiting the 27-year-old after missing out on the signature of Alexis Sanchez in January.

The Spanish publication reports that the Premier League leaders have already made contact with Hazard's representatives.

The midfielder is believed to be waiting until the end of the season to make a decision on his future, but is leaning more towards Madrid than another English club.
