Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud is reportedly open to staying at the London club next season.
The 33-year-old was strongly linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window, having struggled for game time under Frank Lampard.
However, the France international has put in an impressive string of performances for the Blues in the absence of Tammy Abraham, who is currently sidelined with an ankle injury.
According to the Daily Mail, Giroud is not ruling out staying at Chelsea beyond this season, having impressed Lampard with his attitude over the past few weeks.
Giroud was allegedly close to leaving in order to ensure he remains part of Didier Deschamps' plans for Euro 2020, however it is said that he will have a number of options to consider when his contract expires at the end of the season.
The former Arsenal man scored Chelsea's fourth goal in their 4-0 rout of Everton on Sunday as they lie fourth in the Premier League table.
