Derby County first-team coach Paul Simpson has revealed that Lee Grant could return to action after the international break.
The Rams were forced to bring Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland to the club on loan last month when Grant suffered an ankle injury, but Simpson believes that the 31-year-old could be fit to face Watford next Saturday.
"Lee Grant, over the last 10 days, has been doing some handling work, so he's starting to get used to having his gloves back on and being on the grass," the Derby coach told Rams Player.
"We're hoping to progress him over the next week or 10 days and we'll see whether the Watford game is going to be right for him or whether that may be a little bit too early."
Jamie Ward and Craig Bryson could also be back from injury against Watford.
