France striker Karim Benzema has admitted that he is wary of the threat posed by England at Euro 2012.
Roy Hodgson's team face France in their first game of the tournament and Benzema believes that England will be a tough test despite being without the suspended Wayne Rooney.
The Real Madrid striker said: "It's true that England will play without Rooney.
"But it's a great team which is used to playing in those big tournaments.
"They have the players to replace him so we need to be at our best for the first game [and] try to feel good, something we have been doing for the past year and a half."
Rooney will also miss England's group game against Sweden.
