Brest complete Magaye Gueye loan capture

Everton's Magaye Gueye joins Brest on loan after failing to hold down a first-team place at the club.

Everton's Magaye Gueye has joined French club Brest on loan for the rest of the season.

The winger has returned to his homeland after struggling to hold down first-team football at Goodison Park.

Gueye has started just 14 times for Everton since joining the club from Strasbourg in the summer of 2010.

The 22-year-old found the net in Everton's 5-0 victory over Leyton Orient in the League Cup and made a substitute appearance against Bolton Wanderers last weekend.
