Giorgio Chiellini: 'We must keep improving'

Giorgio Chiellini urges Juventus to keep improving in order to win their third straight Serie A title.

Juventus centre-back Giorgio Chiellini has admitted that he and his teammates must keep getting better if they are to continue to win the Serie A title.

Chiellini said that Juventus cannot rely on past victories but must keep working as a team in order to win league games.

"The results are made by the whole team and all we still want to grow, individually, but also as a team," LegaSerieA.it quotes Chiellini as saying.

"The new signings will be a big help but we know that will not be enough to win again and repeat what we did last year.

"After winning the last two league titles we are obviously the favourites, but we start from scratch this season. The greatest motivation is to know how good it feels to win and we all want that again."

Juventus won their opening league game and will host Lazio on Sunday in their second.
