Juventus are reportedly interested in signing Porto centre-back Rolando in the January transfer window.
The 29-year-old has been deemed surplus to requirements at the Portuguese club and is widely expected to leave in early 2015.
A number of clubs have been linked with the Portuguese, but according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juve lead the race.
The Cape Verde-born defender, who was once regarded as one of the best centre-backs in Europe, joined Porto in 2008, but spent the second half of last season on loan at Inter Milan.
