Juventus director-general Giuseppe Marotta has revealed that Arturo Vidal will be offered a new contract in the next couple of weeks.
The 26-year-old, whose current deal expires in 2016, joined the Italian outfit from Bayer Leverkusen in 2011.
"Vidal arrived in Turin and the move was met with some scepticism, but he has done very well and now he should be rewarded," Marotta told Tuttosport.
"There have been big clubs in Europe interested in him but in the coming weeks, his contract will be prolonged and economically adequate."
A number of European clubs were linked with the midfielder in the summer.
