Nigel Adkins has refused to be drawn on reports that have linked him with the managerial job at Leeds United.
Neil Redfearn is currently in the hotseat at Elland Road, but there is a growing belief that he will be replaced by owner Massimo Cellino when his contract expires next month.
Former Southampton and Reading boss Adkins is said to have already held discussions with Cellino, but when asked about the speculation, the 50-year-old was not prepared to give anything away.
"This hasn't come out of my mouth. They've got a manager in place who did a really good job last year," the Yorkshire Evening Post quotes him as saying.
Adkins has been out of work since he was sacked by Reading last December.
