Pep Segura and Darren Burgess bring an end to their coaching stints at Premier League side Liverpool.

Liverpool have confirmed that coaches Pep Segura and Darren Burgess have parted company with the club.

Spaniard Segura joined the Reds in the summer of 2009 as technical manager to the academy. Following on from that, he also had a spell in charge of the club's reserve side.

Burgess, who has previously worked with the Australian national team, had been in charge of fitness and conditioning.

"Liverpool Football Club would like to thank both Pep and Darren for their work and wish them all the best for the future," read a statement on the club's official website.

No replacements have been drafted in as yet.
