Reading will honour those who lost their lives at Hillsborough before their Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

Reading have revealed that they will honour those who lost their lives at Hillsborough before their Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur.

The Royals will play Liverpool's anthem 'You'll Never Walk Alone' before the two clubs kick off at the Madejski Stadium.

"After an emotional week for everyone involved in the tragedy, and indeed the sport as a whole, the Royals would like to show our solidarity with all those affected," the statement read.

"With that in mind, shortly before kickoff this afternoon, the anthem 'You'll Never Walk Alone' will be played out over the stadium speakers."

Reading currently sit 18th in the Premier League table.
