Bournemouth defender Lloyd Kelly has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Liverpool.
While the Premier League champions may not make any high-profile additions during the summer window, Jurgen Klopp remains keen to sign backup at centre-back and left-back.
According to The Express, that could lead to the German making a bid for Kelly, who is capable of playing in both positions.
Injury restricted the 21-year-old to just eight appearances in the Premier League this season, all of which were made after the resumption in June.
Although the Cherries now regard the England Under-21 international as a key man ahead of their return to the Championship, a bid in excess of the £13m which they paid in May 2019 may be enough to tempt them into a sale.
Liverpool were in the running to sign Kelly before he made the decision to move to the Vitality Stadium.
