Liverpool forward Federico Chiesa may reportedly be offered a quick way out of Anfield in 2025.
While the Merseyside giants were quiet during the summer transfer window, the one piece of business that they conducted for the ongoing campaign was to bring Chiesa to the Premier League.
Arne Slot was able to add the Italy international to his squad for a fee that may eventually rise to £12.5m in a deal that was regarded as a huge coup.
However, despite making 37 appearances during his final season with Juventus, it has been a far different story for the 27-year-old in England.
A total of one start and two substitute outings have been made in all competitions, Chiesa accumulating just 78 minutes of football.
Although the playmaker initially needed time to get up to speed in training, Slot acknowledged earlier this week that he was unsure as to when Chiesa would come back into contention after a recent injury.

Exit option for Chiesa?
According to Fichajes, Liverpool may be provided with a chance to part ways with Chiesa at the earliest opportunity.
Como were no strangers to acquiring high-profile names during the summer as they bid to survive in their first season back in Serie A.
Despite failing to win any of their most recent four fixtures, Cesc Fabregas' side have collected nine points from their opening 10 games to sit in 15th place in the standings.
The report suggests that there is an eagerness to add Chiesa to the project at Como, although they would likely face fierce competition if it emerged that a return to Italy was a possibility.

Would Liverpool consider a loan or permanent exit?
With Chiesa having penned a four-year contract, Liverpool do not necessarily have to be in any rush to facilitate an exit for the player.
On the flip side, if it becomes apparent that he would prefer to leave the Premier League or he fails to make regular outings across the next two months, it may become a plausible option.
Chiesa is already only viewed as a backup option and Liverpool would likely have no trouble attracting terms that suit all parties, particularly themselves when they would want to find a short-term replacement at the very least.
As a result of the next international break commencing on November 11, there is little prospect of Chiesa making his fourth outing in a Liverpool shirt until later in the month at the very earliest.
