Liverpool interested in £59m Isco deal?

Real Madrid attacker Isco emerges as a transfer target for Liverpool, according to a report.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is reportedly interested in signing Real Madrid attacker Isco.

The 27-year-old struggled with injury in the early stages of the 2019-20 campaign but has still made 17 appearances for Los Blancos this season.

The Spain international has a contract at the Bernabeu until the summer of 2022, although the attacker's future in Madrid continues to be called into question.

According to El Desmarque, Klopp is eager to land Isco as the German believes that the former Malaga youngster would bring a different dimension to his midfield.

However, the report claims that Los Blancos president Florentino Perez will not consider offers of less than £59m for the Spaniard.

Isco has only scored once for Madrid during the current season but has contributed 49 goals in 294 appearances for the capital giants since arriving in the summer of 2013.
