Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly seeking to move for Liverpool and Egypt star Mohamed Salah at the end of the season.

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly outlined their intentions to move for Liverpool star Mohamed Salah at the end of the season.

The Egypt international has been impressive in his debut Reds campaign, scoring 38 goals and registering 13 assists in just 43 appearances.

PSG, meanwhile, are on the brink of winning the Ligue 1 title but have failed to impress in Europe, exiting the Champions League at the last-16 stage.

As a result, the French giants are seeking to bolster their ranks at the end of the season and, according to French outlet Le 10 Sport, have earmarked Salah as an apt reinforcement.

The report claims that Edinson Cavani would be the man moved on from the Parc des Princes to make way for the former Chelsea and Roma player.

However, the outlet acknowledges that Liverpool are unlikely to entertain a prospective sale, given that Philippe Coutinho left for Barcelona in January.

Salah, who will be at this summer's World Cup with the Pharaohs, is contracted to the Anfield outfit until 2022.
