Tottenham Hotspur will launch a bid to sign Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk winger Yevhen Konoplyanka in the summer, according to a report.
Liverpool were said to be close to striking a deal to recruit the 24-year-old on transfer deadline day, but Dnipro president Ihor Kolomoyskyi refused to sign the necessary paperwork.
The Daily Mail now claims that Spurs, who were interested in the Ukraine international before the Reds pressed on with their pursuit, will make an offer at the end of the season.
However, Tottenham will have to pay at least £15m as transfer fee for Konoplyanka's services and dish out a weekly salary of £100,000 to the winger.
