Everton manager Roberto Martinez has suggested that Luis Suarez needs to be given help after the Uruguayan was caught up in another biting scandal on Tuesday.
Suarez was seen biting Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini in the latter stages of Uruguay's 1-0 victory, which saw them secure a spot in the last 16 of the World Cup.
FIFA have confirmed that the incident will be investigated, with Suarez's involvement in the remainder of the tournament now in serious doubt, and Martinez believes that the Liverpool forward needs to address the problem after being caught biting an opponent for the third occasion.
"There is no doubt that the quality of the talent that he has," the Spaniard told ESPN.
"He can win games single-handed and he's got that focus, that mentality that he can get back from a situation he shouldn't have derived.
"But the behaviour, I just seriously think that he needs help. If you cannot control yourself in those moments, you need some sort of help because that's just unacceptable on a football pitch."
Reports have suggested that Liverpool officials will meet to discuss whether the club need to take action against Suarez.
