Manchester City's David Silva 'in line to return for Liverpool clash'

David Silva could reportedly return to the Manchester City team for Saturday's Premier League clash against Liverpool following a six-week injury layoff.

Manchester City star David Silva could reportedly return to the team for Saturday's clash against Liverpool after taking part in a full training session today.

The Spaniard has been out of action for the last six weeks due to an injury, but has given manager Manuel Pellegrini a boost ahead of this Saturday's Premier League fixture.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Silva came through today's training session and could be on the bench at the Etihad Stadium.

Meanwhile, Sergio Aguero has claimed that he is doing everything that he can to be fit for the match after he too spent six weeks on the sidelines.

Fabian Delph and Pablo Zabaleta are also said to be fit for the match.
