Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini is adamant that medical procedures in the Premier League should be improved following Fabrice Muamba's cardiac arrest.
The shock collapse of the 23-year-old Bolton Wanderers midfielder has sparked the Premier League into reviewing the medical procedures throughout the top flight.
"It is impossible that a young guy could die on the pitch because they didn't do a medical accurately," said Mancini. "I want all the players, not just ours, to have more accurate medicals."
Muamba's health has improved significantly but remains in intensive care at the London Chest Hospital.
