Carlos Tevez says that living with family has made him happy at Manchester City.

Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has insisted that he is happy in England after his family moved to Manchester.

The Argentine's tenure at the Etihad Stadium looked to be over after he went AWOL during last season following a spat with manager Roberto Mancini.

However, Tevez returned to the club and helped them win the Premier League title and has cited being with his family as the reason for being happy at City.

"A very important factor is that I have my family here with me in Manchester, which makes me very happy," said Tevez. "I have changed my outlook on life in general really.

"I am not worrying about the things I used to worry about and I am just concentrating on enjoying my game and enjoying my time out on the field."

Tevez joined City in July 2009.
