Michael Carrick has admitted that Manchester United face a big test if they are to reach the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
The Red Devils were beaten 3-2 by Athletic Bilbao in the first leg of their last-16 tie at Old Trafford on Thursday night.
Sir Alex Ferguson's side will now need to win by two clear goals when they travel to their Spanish opponents next Thursday.
"It was always going to be a tough second leg," Carrick told MUTV. "It's a two-legged affair and we were always going to have to perform over there, but it's going to be a big test for us. But we've done it before - our away form is good and we'll look to that next week. We'll be up for it."
United host West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League on Sunday.
