Richard Money: 'Manchester United draw a dream come true'

Richard Money admits that his Cambridge United side have been handed a dream FA Cup tie in the form of Manchester United.

Cambridge United manager Richard Money has revealed that he was overcome by "so many emotions" as soon as he learned that his side had been paired with Manchester United in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

The League Two U's are the lowest ranked side left in the competition following their 2-1 victory over Luton Town on Saturday afternoon.

Now, with Louis van Gaal's United due to visit the Abbey Stadium later this month, Money is hopeful that his club will receive a "huge boost financially" from the encounter.

"It's a game you can only dream of and there were just so many emotions going through my mind when the draw was made," he told the FA's official website.

"I'm not counting my chickens just yet but I'd expect the game to be selected for live television so it will obviously be a huge boost financially.

"Our finances are stable anyway but this tie will enable us to make improvements on and off the field far quicker than we could have done."

Cambridge are currently 14th in League Two, having collected 29 points from 23 games.
