Manchester United defender Patrice Evra believes that the Red Devils have had a "bad season" if they don't clinch the Premier League trophy.
The English champions have dropped out of the Champions League, Carling Cup, FA Cup and now the Europa League during this year's campaign, with the league trophy the only piece of silverware left on offer.
"A big club like Manchester United should be able to compete in every competition. But now we have no choice, we have to focus on the league," Evra told the club's official website.
"We have to win the league to save our season. If we don't win the league, it will have been a really bad season."
Sir Alex Ferguson's side are currently one point clear of arch rivals Manchester City at the top of the table.
