Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson reveals that he will use all 22 players available to him during the club's pre-season tour.

Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed that he intends to use all 22 members of his squad during Manchester United's pre-season tour of South Africa and China.

The Scottish manager has granted a number of his senior players extended leave this summer, with the majority of them having represented their countries at Euro 2012.

As a result, Ferguson has called up a number of youngsters for the trip. However, the boss has insisted that he has no concerns about selecting any player for the club's upcoming friendlies.

"We'll try and give them all a part of it," Ferguson told MUTV. "I think that's very important. There's no point coming out on a 12-hour trip to South Africa and then over to China and back without them getting experience by playing in these games.

"I think, with Rio Ferdinand, we have young Scott Wootton with us and he can play centre-back. Frederic Veseli, the Swiss boy, can as well and Tyler Blackett, for instance, so it's not so bad.

"They're young and it's not a problem. That experience is vital to them to give some opportunities to see what their temperament is like. That's important too."

United begin their tour this evening with a match against AmaZulu in Durban.
