Manchester United are reportedly keen for Marcus Rashford to concentrate on building muscle in his upper body in order to limit his chances of picking up further injuries.
The 23-year-old is expected to return to the matchday squad against Leicester City on Saturday afternoon, having recovered from the shoulder operation that he underwent over the summer.
According to the Daily Mail, the England international has put on 4 kg of muscle to his lower body during his recovery work but has lost mass in his upper body due to the nature of his injury.
The report claims that the 20-time English champions are keen for Rashford to put on muscle in order to better deal with the demands of the league, with the attacker also struggling with a back injury last year.
The Englishman enjoyed a productive 2020-21 campaign for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side, scoring 21 goals and registering 15 assists in 57 appearances in all competitions.
Rashford has scored five times in his previous 12 matches against Leicester, while he has won seven of his 11 top-flight meetings against the former English champions.
