Manchester United will lift the Premier League title after facing Swansea City on May 12.

Manchester United have revealed that they will lift the Premier League trophy following their final home game of the season on May 12, with a parade to take place the following day.

The Red Devils secured their 20th league title after beating Aston Villa 3-0 at Old Trafford on Monday thanks to a Robin van Persie hat-trick.

United travel to Arsenal on Sunday before hosting Chelsea on May 5 prior to facing Swansea City at home the following weekend.

The trophy will be presented to Sir Alex Ferguson's side after that game and will be given an open-top bus parade on Monday May 13.

The champions will then travel to The Hawthorns to face West Bromwich Albion the Sunday after in what will be their last match of the campaign.
