German champions Borussia Dortmund are reportedly preparing to increase the fee that they will demand for Shinji Kagawa this summer.
The Japanese international, who has 12 months remaining on his contract, has been heavily linked with a £7m switch to Manchester United.
However, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been credited with an interest in the 23-year-old, with a bid expected in the coming days.
As a result, Dortmund will use Wenger's willingness to sign Kagawa to drive up the price tag, according to talkSPORT.
The report has claimed that Kagawa may now command a fee of around £15m.
