Liverpool are reportedly ready to put together a three-year deal for Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Liverpool.

Having failed to agree terms over a new deal with United, Fellaini appears ready to leave Old Trafford when his current contract expires at the end of the season.

The 30-year-old has been linked with a summer switch to either Italy or Turkey but according to L'Equipe, Liverpool are ready to enter the race for the Belgian international's signature.

Fellaini has previously enjoyed a successful spell with the club's Merseyside rivals Everton, but Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is allegedly prepared to offer the player a three-year contract.

During his time at Goodison Park, Fellaini scored 33 goals in 177 appearances during a five-year period with the Toffees.
