Manchester United have reportedly offered Timothy Fosu-Mensah a new contract.
The 22-year-old was reintroduced into the first team at United after the lockdown period earlier this year and has been involved on two occasions for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side this term.
Fosu-Mensah's current deal at Old Trafford is due to expire next June, but according to the Manchester Evening News, the Netherlands international has been offered fresh terms.
The report claims that Solskjaer is determined to keep hold of the defender, having been impressed by his training performances prior to the enforced lockdown.
As it stands, the former Ajax youngster would be free to negotiate with foreign clubs at the start of 2021, and there are allegedly a number of teams interested in his services.
The Dutchman, who has recently spent time on loan with Crystal Palace and Fulham, has made 29 first-team appearances for the Red Devils in all competitions.
