Manchester United winger Nani has agreed personal terms with Fenerbahce and will be undergoing a medical at the Turkish club, according to reports.
The Red Devils paid Sporting Lisbon £20m for the Portugal international in 2007, but he spent last season back on loan at the Estadio Jose Alvalade after injuries and loss of form hampered his latter years at Old Trafford.
According to Turkish publication Hurriyet, Nani's negotiations with Fenerbahce are at an advanced stage and, following a medical on Thursday, will sign a four-year deal worth £55,000 per week.
Nani has played 147 games for Man Utd, scoring 25 goals.
