Crystal Palace are reportedly ready to demand club-record fees for Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze if interested clubs make their move this summer.

Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City have reportedly learned that it will take £60m to sign either Michael Olise or Eberechi Eze this summer.

Crystal Palace are currently enjoying somewhat of a renaissance under recently-appointed head coach Oliver Glasner, winning their last three games in the Premier League.

Victories have been posted against Liverpool, West Ham United and Newcastle United to end any concerns over a relegation battle during the run-in.

Glasner is naturally hopeful he can retain the services of his best players during the next transfer window, as well as add his own fresh faces to the Eagles squad.

However, the general consensus is that offers will arrive for a number of their star men, including the likes of Olise and Eze.

Palace to demand club-record fees

According to BBC Sport, the Palace hierarchy will not do business for either of the playmakers unless they receive an offer of £60m.

That would represent a record sale for Palace, beating the £50m that they recouped through the departure of Aaron Wan-Bissaka to Manchester United in 2019.

With regards to Olise, generating £60m would be a substantial step-up on the £35m release clause that he had in his contract last year before he penned fresh terms, rejecting a move to Chelsea.

Olise has since endured a frustrating campaign through injury, yet the 22-year-old has still contributed an outstanding seven goals and four assists from just 15 outings in the Premier League.

Eze, who is 25 years of age, has also had a disrupted campaign, but the England international has eight strikes and three assists from 24 appearances in the top flight.

Both players hold contracts at the London outfit until the end of 2026-27, leaving Palace in a strong position to recoup their asking prices.

Will interested clubs meet Palace demands?

Given the money involved in the Premier League during the modern-day era, it would come as no surprise if Man United, Arsenal or Man City committed to paying £60m for either player.

The question is where would they fit in their respective sides? Both players are more likely to start on a regular basis for Man United than they would be at the likes of Arsenal and Man City.

Another factor is whether Palace would be prepared to sell both players in the same transfer window. Aside from Jean-Philippe Mateta's recent purple patch, Palace have been reliant on both Eze and Olise.

Interest may also come in for Marc Guehi for a similar fee, the defender's contract having one fewer year left to run, and that could play a part in whether Palace give permission for two of their other stars to leave.
