Manchester United have reportedly not opened talks with Juventus regarding the possible capture of midfielder Arturo Vidal.
The former Premier League champions have been linked with Chile international, who is said to have been given a £62m price tag.
Despite reports that Louis van Gaal is hoping to lure the 27-year-old to Old Trafford, Sky Sport Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has written on his website that there are no ongoing talks between the two clubs regarding Vidal.
Rumours have suggested that Nani could be included in the deal, but as of now, Juventus are said to have targeted Patrice Evra, who is expected to leave United in the coming days.
