Millwall have struck up a deal with Arsenal to take England Under-21 international Benik Afobe on loan.
The striker will complete the move on Friday when the emergency loan window opens for Football League clubs, NewsAtDen reports.
Lions manager Kenny Jackett, who is said to have beaten three other Championship clubs to the player, attempted to sign him on two previous occasions.
The length of the loan has yet to be confirmed, but the terms of the deal state that Arsenal cannot recall him prematurely.
Afobe will be ineligible for Millwall's FA Cup clash with Luton Town later this month, having played twice in the competition during a recent loan stint with Bolton Wanderers.
