The agent of Napoli centre-back Paolo Cannavaro has admitted that the player could look to leave the club in January if he is not promised more first-team football.
Cannavaro has not been a regular in the team this season under new coach Rafael Benitez and while Gaetano Fedele said that the preference would be to stay he would try to get a move if required.
"We're hoping that something can change with the new year," Fedele told Radio Kiss Kiss.
"Paolo is still hopeful that he can find some space in the side, but if nothing changes then we'll speak with the club in a bid to find a solution that satisfies everybody."
Cannavaro has played for Napoli since joining from Parma in 2006.
