Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has revealed that he wants to hold talks with club owner Mike Ashley once the team has secured its Premier League status.
The Magpies are currently three points above the relegation zone with two games left to play this season.
"As soon as I know we're in this division, that's what I want to do with Mike," Pardew is quoted as saying by The Chronicle.
"He can tell me where he's coming from and we can clear the air about how we want to take it forward."
Pardew signed an eight-year contract extension with Newcastle at the end of 2012, committing his future to the club until 2020.
