Newcastle United assistant coach Paul Simpson has stated that no-one at the club is panicking after their slow start to the Premier League season.
The Magpies currently sit 19th in the table after taking two points from their opening four games under new head coach Steve McClaren.
"We are not panicking, that's one thing I can say for sure. Yes we all want to win games but there is no state of panic, no state of emergency here," he told Newcastle's official TV channel.
"We want to win a game, we want to give our magnificent supporters something to really shout about, we have had incredible support from our fans."
Newcastle travel to West Ham United on Monday evening.
