Sports Mole previews Arsenal's crucial trip to St James' Park to play Newcastle United.

Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has insisted that his side will be eager to record three points against Arsenal, despite being safe from relegation.

The Magpies recorded their first victory in six matches when they beat Queens Park Rangers last weekend to move to 13th position.

Pardew will be forced into at least one alteration from that match, with Steve Harper expected to come in for the suspended Rob Elliot.

Arsenal require just a point to all but assure a top-four position in the table.

However, boss Arsene Wenger will be eager to overtake Chelsea in third position to avoid having to take part in a qualifying match for the Champions League.

Wenger is without midfielder Mikel Arteta, which could mean a return to the starting lineup for Jack Wilshere.
