Team News: Andy King, James Collins come into Wales team

Andy King and James Collins replace Ben Davies and Aaron Ramsey in the Wales team for Wednesday's Euro 2016 semi-final against Portugal in Lyon.

Andy King and James Collins have replaced Ben Davies and Aaron Ramsey in the Wales team for Wednesday's Euro 2016 semi-final against Portugal in Lyon.

Davies and Ramsey have both been ever-present in the Wales XI at this summer's Championships, but the pair picked up yellow cards in the quarter-final win over Belgium and have therefore missed out through suspension.

It is otherwise the same side that overcame Belgium last time out, meaning that free agent Hal Robson-Kanu will once again join Real Madrid attacker Gareth Bale in the final third.

As for Portugal, key centre-back Pepe has been unable to overcome an injury and misses out, while midfielder William Carvalho is suspended.

Bruno Alves, who has not yet competed in France, joins Jose Fonte at centre-back, while Danilo returns in the middle of the park. Teenage midfielder Renato Sanches also keeps his spot in the team after scoring against Poland in the quarter-finals last week.

Portugal: Patricio; Cedric, Fonte, Bruno Alves, Guerreiro; Danilo, Joao Mario, Adrien Silva, Sanches; Nani, Ronaldo
Subs: Lopes, Eduardo, R.Carvalho, Eliseu, Moutinho, Vieirinha, Gomes, Rafa Silva, Eder, Quaresma

Wales: Hennessey; Gunter, Chester, Collins, A.Williams, Taylor; Allen, Ledley, King; Bale, Robson-Kanu
Subs: Fon Williams, Ward, Richards, Edwards, J.Williams, Vaughan, G.Williams, Cotterill, Volkes, Church
