Isco: 'Cristiano Ronaldo best player in the world'

Isco believes that his Real Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player in the world.

Real Madrid midfielder Isco has hailed his teammate Cristiano Ronaldo as the best player in the world.

The Spain international believes that playing alongside the 28-year-old at the Santiago Bernabeu will help him grow as a footballer.

"I want to keep on growing, keep on improving to be one of the best," he told UEFA's official magazine. "There is no better place to grow than Real Madrid.

"It's great to play with the best player in the world (Ronaldo), and he also helps me in every training session because he always wants to win, always wants to be the best."

Isco joined Madrid from Malaga in the summer.
