Report: Real Madrid unconcerned with Gareth Bale injuries

Real Madrid are not believed to be concerned by the regularity of Gareth Bale's injury problems.

Real Madrid are reportedly 'calm' over the fitness of Gareth Bale despite a number of injury problems for the Welshman since he joined from Tottenham Hotspur last summer.

The 24-year-old recently suffered his fifth setback of the season against Granada and will consequently miss his side's Copa del Rey clash with Espanyol in Madrid this evening.

Statistics demonstrated by Football Espana have shown that the attacker has played just 53% of the minutes possible since moving to the Bernabeu in August.

However, Bale's long-term fitness is not believed to be of concern to those in Madrid, with a return to action against Valencia this weekend on the cards.
