Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has insisted that Gonzalo Higuain will not leave the club at the end of the season.
It had been reported that the 24-year-old Argentine could depart the La Liga outfit due to his lack of regular action, but Mourinho has quashed the rumours.
"Higuain is staying here. He still stay at Madrid because I don't want him to go. He has an excellent contract here that runs for many more years. And Madrid have no intention to sell either, my two strikers for next season will be Benzema and Higuain," Mourinho told ABC.
Madrid won the La Liga title this season.
