John O'Shea, Stephen Hunt and Kevin Doyle come into the Republic of Ireland starting lineup for tomorrow's match against Estonia.

Giovanni Trapattoni has made three changes to his Republic of Ireland side for tomorrow's Euro 2012 qualifier against Estonia.

John O'Shea has replaced the injury Stephen Kelly at full-back, while Stephen Hunt will play on the wing ahead of Aiden McGeady.

Also coming into the starting lineup is Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Kevin Doyle, with Jonathan Walters dropping to the bench.

Ireland lead the tie 4-0.
